By accessing and using AI Compound's fire protection compliance platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AI Compound provides an AI-powered platform for fire protection companies to manage BMTrada compliance, conduct risk assessments, and streamline regulatory reporting. Our services include:

• BMTrada compliance management and reporting
• AI-powered risk assessment tools
• Mobile inspection applications
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Regulatory update notifications

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication

Data Accuracy

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Ensure compliance data submitted is truthful and complete
• Maintain proper documentation for all assessments

4. Professional Use Only

Our platform is designed for use by qualified fire protection professionals. Users must possess appropriate certifications, licenses, and expertise required by their jurisdiction. The platform assists but does not replace professional judgment and responsibility.

5. AI System Limitations

While our AI systems are designed to assist in compliance and risk assessment, they are tools that supplement, not replace, professional expertise. Users must review and validate all AI-generated recommendations before implementation. We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI recommendations.

6. Compliance and Regulatory Responsibility

Users remain fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable fire safety regulations, BMTrada requirements, and local laws. Our platform provides tools and guidance but does not guarantee regulatory compliance. Professional verification is always required.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions, provided we make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

8. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• Services may be suspended for non-payment after 30 days notice
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

9. Intellectual Property

The AI Compound platform, including software, algorithms, content, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users receive a limited license to use the service but do not acquire ownership rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

AI Compound's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
